Diego Beirigo three-bet to 12,000 after a player opened and Liviu Bartha cold four-bet to 30,000 from the big blind. With the action back on Beirigo, he opted to five-bet jam for 120,000 effective as the covering stack, which sent Bartha deep into the tank.
After over three minutes of contemplation, Bartha shrugged as he called it off.

"That's the most action I've gotten in six months!" Palma yelled before turning to a tablemate and telling him he was card dead.
"You should see these hands: seven-deuce, seven-deuce," he groaned before shifting his attention back to the tournament.
"I've gotta stop talking. I've got 19,000, but to me, I'm chip leader."

The A♥ turn and K♥ river needlessly upgraded Talbot to a full house and he doubled his stack.

Mallory Frere and Andreas Ashelm got in a raising war that ultimately saw Frere raising to 26,000 and Ashelm calling.
Ashelm checked on the flop of 2♥4♣4♥ and Frere bet 55,000. Ashelm put out a stack of blue 5,000-chips, seemingly to put his opponent all in. Since it wasn't double the bet, it was ruled a call.
"You can go all in on the turn," Frere told his opponent.
Ashelm did just that as he moved all in for 20,000 on the 8♥ turn and Frere called with less.

Ashelm had the better pocket pair and Frere couldn't improve as the 2♦ river bricked off to mark his elimination.
