Scott Martin moved all in from early position for 6,500 and was called by Jason Rocha in the hijack. Action folded to John Catena in the big blind, who three-bet jammed for 25,600. Rocha asked for a count before making the quick call, covering both players.

Rocha was ahead with pocket eights versus Martin's underpair and Catena's big slick, and had his opponents almost drawing dead after the 8♦2♥6♣ flop gave him top set.

The Q♦ turn confirmed the pot was heading to Rocha and his opponents were for the rail, and the 9♣ river completed the board.

Rappoun fired a continuation-bet of 5,000 on the 9♦7♥2♣ flop which only Ghassan called.

Rappoun bet 10,000 when the 4♣ appeared on the turn. Ghassan put in a minimum-raise to 20,000 and this prompted an instant fold from Rappoun.

The dealer spread a flop of 10♣7♦3♥, and De Necker continued for 7,000. Allory made the call.

When the K♦ fell on the turn, De Necker dropped 7,500 into the middle. This time that was enough to earn the pot as Allory mucked her hand.

Borlan had the chance to become one of the chip leaders in the room if his pocket aces could hold up. However, the 8♣4♦Q♠ flop propelled Cangianello into the lead with a set. The 10♥ turn provided Kozenkai with a glimmer of hope, but when the 8♠ hit the river to give Cangianello a full house, Kozankai was eliminated and Borlan was left with virtually just a starting stack.

The monotone A♦Q♦9♦ flop was checked through.

On the 9♣ turn, action was checked to Arosuo, who fired out a bet of 2,500, which De Cleen called.

Besnainou folded, but Boci produced a quick check-raise to 5,500, and despite it not being much more, that was enough to convince his opponents of the strength of his hand, and they swiftly folded.

Action folded to Giovanni Grosso in the small blind and he moved all in for around 9,000. Zereg reshoved for 11,800 and Taki, who was the much bigger stack, appeared to make a reluctant call.

Rogers Flops a Set to Crack Kaladjou's Aces

Karim Kaladjou opened 2,500 in early postion and received calls from Samir Dahdir in the cutoff, Neil Rogers in the small blind as well as Niall Murray in the big blind.

When the K♠10♠2♥ flop hit the felt, Rogers led for 6,000. Murray folded before Kaladjou clicked it to 12,000. Dahdir got out of the way and Rogers announced all-in. Kaladjou had 27,000 total and wasted no time making the call.

Gonzalo Herrero opened to 2,400 from early position and called when Javier Martinez three-bet to 6,500 from middle position.

Herrero check-called for 3,500 on the A♣6♠3♥ flop before the K♣ turn checked through to the 9♠ river. Herrero led out for 11,500, which sent Martinez into the tank. He counted out calling chips and after some more thought, he put them into the middle.

Herrero tabled A♠K♦ for aces and kings. Martinez softly tapped the table and conceded the pot.
