In a hand between two legends of the game, action folded to Juha Helppi on the button, who made it 18,000. Mike Watson was in the small blind, and he three-bet to 60,000. Helppi four-bet the rest of his stack, around 120,000 total, and Watson made the quick call.

Helppi was in good shape with pocket kings versus Watson's double flush draw hand, Helppi also having the protection of the better kicker with the ace should one appear on the board.

The flop came K♠9♠10♣, giving Helppi top set kings and the nut flush draw, while also giving Watson a gutshot, Helppi appearing almost certain to take the hand.

However the 2♣ turn spelt danger for the Finn, giving Watson the nut club flush draw, and sure enough the 5♣ rolled off on the river to send Watson the pot in cruel fashion.
