Gianluca Cedolia opened to 5,000 from the hijack and Lucas Silva Rocha three-bet to 15,500 from the button. Cedolia made the call.

The flop came 889. Cedolia checked, Rocha bet 9,000 and Cedolia called.

Both players checked the A turn leading to the K river. Cedolia burned through two time banks before firing a bet of 45,000. This time it was Rocha in the tank, also burning through two time banks before making the call.

Cedolia had two pair with KQ but Rocha had a bigger two pair with A3 to take the pot.

Thomas Eychenne opened 5,500 on the button, and both Yaroslav Ohulchanskyi and Alejandro Lococo came along from the blinds.

All three players checked to the 10847 turn, where Ohulchanskyi led for 12,000. Both Lococo and Eychenne made the call.

The 10 paired the board on the river, and Ohulchanskyi continued for 34,000. Lococo got out of the way, but Eychenne matched the bet.

Ganon Hero-Calls for Tournament Life

Action was picked up on the turn in a hand between Brian Altman from the cutoff and Brian Ganon in the big blind.

On a board reading KJ6Q with around 15,000 in the middle. Altman put in an overbet of 22,000 and Ganon put in the call.

The river brought the 4. Ganon checked to Altman who emptied the clip as he jammed for 77,000 effective. Ganon immediately started to count his remaining time banks as he pondered the decision for his tournament life. After using two of his time extensions, Ganon put in the call.

Altman was bluffing with a missed straight draw while Ganon correctly called off with just third pair as he collected a massive pot at the expense of Altman.
