Omer Cubukcu was all in for 435,000 and at-risk versus Vytautas Milbutas.
Omer Cubukcu: 8♥8♦
Vytautas Milbutas: A♦Q♦
Cubukcu was ahead in the flip, and remained so after the 9♦6♠3♥ flop. However, the Q♥ hit on the turn to put Milbutas in front, and the 2♥ confirmed Cubukcu's fate.
Bobby James raised to 50,000 in the cutoff. Alexandre Reard then three-bet to 160,000 in the small blind, which James called.
Reard checked the 5♦7♥9♠ flop to James, who bet 175,000. Reard called to the 4♦ turn, which was checked by both.
Reard checked again on the 6♣ river, after which James shoved all in for 405,000. Reard spent some time in the tank before folding and granting the sizable pot to James.
Mehmet Demirkol raised to 50,000 from under the gun and Casimir Seire made it 140,000 from the next seat. When it got back around to Demirkol, he called.
The flop came 4♣K♠3♦ and after Demirkol checked, Seire fired a bet of 80,000. Demirkol then put in a check-raise to 215,000, which Seire called.
A 10♣ dropped on the turn where Demirkol checked, and Seire made a small bet of 80,000. Demirkol called.
When the 5♣ landed on the river, Demirkol led out for 260,000, and Seire went into the tank.
"This might take a while guys, sorry," said Seire as he mulled it over. If he made the call and was wrong, he would only have 80,000 remaining in his stack. A few minutes passed and there was still no action from Seire, so the clock was called and he was put on a 30-second countdown. With a few seconds remaining, Seire folded.
Action was picked up on the river of 9♦8♦Q♦K♠Q♥ with around 1,000,000 in the pot. Igor Abelmasov checked from the small blind to Georgios Tsouloftas who was in early position.
Tsouloftas thought for around a minute before cutting out a bet of 425,000. Abelmasov thought for a moment before flicking in the call. Tsouloftas tabled A♦2♦ for the nut flush and Abelmasov mucked.
Damir Zhugralin made a raise to 50,000 in middle position. Chipleader Marian Virlanuta called in the hijack before small blind Erdem Akmert jammed all in for 215,000.
Zhugralin asked for a count and then folded. Virlanuta, on the other hand, shrugged his shoulders and tossed in a call
Erdem Akmert: K♥J♦
Marian Virlanuta: Q♥J♥
Akmert dominated Virlanuta. Both players made a pair of jacks on the 2♠J♣9♦3♠10♣ runout, with Akmert's kicker reeling in the double-up.
Andrey Daniliuk had gotten a few shoves through since play restarted after the break, but his luck soon ran out after a pot with Andre Marquardt.
On a flop of 2♥2♠8♠, Daniliuk got the rest of his stack in and was put at risk by Marquardt.
Andrey Daniliuk: J♣J♦
Andre Marquardt: K♦2♣
Unfortunately for Daniliuk, his opponent had flopped trips, which left him needing to hit one of his two outs. Neither of those outs appeared on the runout of 7♠7♦, which sent Daniliuk to the rail.
