One of the most entertaining shows in poker is stepping it up a notch as PokerStars announced that the next season of Big Game on Tour will feature four-time Super Bowl champion and NFL star Rob "Gronk" Gronkowski.

Gronkowski, who spent 11 seasons as a tight end in the NFL and is now a sports analyst, will compete on the upcoming The Big Game on Tour season alongside the pros, Loose Cannons and sports media personality Nick Wright, whose appearance was also confirmed on Thursday.

“I’m always up for a challenge, and diving into the world of poker is going to be an amazing new adventure for me," Gronkowski said in a press release. “I’m beyond excited to play alongside some of the best in the game and tackle the high-stakes action. Just like on the football field, I’ll be bringing my competitive edge and giving it everything I’ve got at the tables.”

Dubanov Wins Multi-Way Pot

Vladislav Dubanov opened to 325,000 from middle position, leaving 5,000 behind. Bobby James called in the cutoff and Alexey Badulin called in the small blind. Sebastian Ting defended the big blind.

The J♣5♥2♠ flop was checked to James who bet 325,000. Badulin and Ting folded. Dubanov tanked for a moment before calling the clock on himself.

James said "it's ok, you can take more time before you call the clock on yourself." Dubanov did anyway, the floor counted him down and he put in his last 5,000.

Dubanov stayed ahead across the 6♠ turn and 6♦ river to secure a crucial pot.

James had A♣10♣ for trip aces, but Dubanov had A♥K♣ for trip aces with a higher kicker. The river was the 2♠ and Dubanov held to double up his stack.

The 10♦ completed the board and Theelen fired 600,000 into the middle. Demirkol tanked a bit, but eventually decided to stick in a call and Theelen turned over K♥K♦.

Demirkol couldn't beat it and mucked — awarding the pot to Theelen.
