As the PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague winds down, the Main Event reaching the business end and other events wrapping up, some of the most prolific players in the world will be taking their seat for Day 1 of the €10,300 EPT High Roller at the Hilton Hotel.
Last year, Shyngis Satubayev made a heads-up deal with France's Antoine Saout after the pair battled througha 240 entry field, leaving €40,000 and the trophy left to play for. Satubayev emerged as the winner to earn himself a top prize of €415,600 from the €2,328,000 prize pool.

€10,300 EPT High Roller features 60-minute blinds, with starting stacks of 50,000 and blinds kicking off at 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante. There will be ten levels played on Day 1, with a 20-minute break every two levels and a 75-minute dinner break at the end of Level 6.
Late registration remains open until the start of Day 2 in this three-day event, although players can only take a maximum of two entries over the course of the event.
Shot clocks will be in play from the get-go, granting players 15-seconds to act on their first decision and 30-seconds thereafter. Players will be given four time bank cards at the start of play and an additional time bank at every odd blind level.

in a blind versus blind situation, Artsiom Lasouski in the small blind and Derk van Luijk in the big blind checked the J♠K♥7♣ flop leading to the 4♥ turn where Lasouski bet 300.
Van Luijk quickly called, but it was the last action of the hand as both players checked the 2♦ river.
Runner-up of the €25,000 Second Chance Super High Roller yesterday, Van Luijk quickly flipped over 4♣3♠ for a pair and scooped the pot.

There were roughly 3,000 chips in the middle on 8♠7♠8♣. Stanislav Tishkevich in the small blind checked when the Q♦ hit the turn and Luc Van Der Beek checked from the big blind.
Tishkevich checked again when the 10♦ fell on the river, Van der Beek bet 1,800 which was quickly called. Van Der Beek tabled A♥10♥ then Tishkevich mucked.

Fabrice Maltez raised to 500 from the small blind and Arthur Thiriart called in the big blind.
The flop came A♥Q♥6♠ and Maltez continued for 600, which Thiriart called. Both players checked it back on the 7♦ turn. The river was the A♦ and Maltez checked. Thiriart bet 1,500 and Maltez folded to give him the pot.

The river came the 6♦ and Trokman led again for 1,000. Wintersberger folded and Trokman took the pot.
