Too Many Outs for Kashani

With the board showing J♠3♠4♥K♥ and with roughly 140,000 in the middle, Arian Kashani bet 50,000 from the cutoff and was met by a shove by Xiaosheng Zheng on the button. The shove was for Kashani's remaining 120,000 and after pondering for a few minutes, he made the call to put himself at risk.

Zheng was ahead with pocket tens but Kashani had a huge combo-draw with one card to come. The 6♣ came on the river, which may have improved Kashani to a pair of sixes, but he was still behind to the tens of Zheng. Kashani headed to the rail, while Zheng became one of the biggest stacks in the room.

When the A♣ dropped on the river, Ojeil checked and was then faced with a 75,000-chip bet from Quinn. After thinking it over, Ojeil called.

Quinn then revealed trips with K♦Q♣, and Ojeil quickly mucked.

Ehsan Amiri opened to 7,000 from the hijack and was met with a three-bet by Katherina Aristotelos. Amiri then four-bet to 82,000, which sent Aristotelos into the tank. Around a minute passed and Aristotelos still hadn't made a decision.

"I'm all in or I pass," said Aristotelos. After counting out her stack and seeing she had around 200,000 behind, she shrugged her shoulders and folded A♦K♥ face up, much to the shock of the table.

Amiri responded by showing Q♥Q♠, and both parties seemed happy not having to flip for their tournament lives.

"What a pass I made for you," added Aristotelos.
