"See how I win this pot," he told table neighbour Cliton Taliwanth, who glanced back at the board and saw Nortje scoop the pot with the J♠7♠.

Two players limped in including Mariette Language and Harold Brooks then simply pushed all-in out of the blinds, forcing out everyone.
One hand later, Sugen Singh opened to 1,700 and David Ng three-bet to 4,100. It folded back to Singh and he asked Ng if he would fold his hand if he called it exactly.
"I fold a nice hand," Singh said and exposed the A♣10♥. Singh then negotiated to expose one card after claiming Ng's hand to be ace-jack. He peeled the J♥ and grinned, added "the other is an ace". Sure enough, the A♥ was also flipped over as well.

Wheatley bet the 10♣6♦2♠ flop for 6,000 to get called only by Sardini, then bet the 10♥ turn for 15,000 and jammed the 8♦ river. Sardini called it down with the J♣J♥ and crashed out against the K♣K♥ of Wheatley.

An open raise to 1,600 was in the middle by Panayiotis Giannakopoulos, who then got out of the way when Renier Britz was all-in for 20,200 and an even shorter stack called.
