Alexander Kumin and Andrey Zaichenko two Russian players not only happened to make it this far in the tournament together, but also managed to draw the same table together. Not knowing each other before the tournament both players share insight at breaks speaking in Russian together.
In this particular hand the two were facing off against one another, Zaichenko started the hand out by raising by raising under the gun. He soon received a call from Kuzmin in the big blind. A flop of

Javier Torresola raised from the cutoff seat, Jay Pinkussohn called in the small blind, and the flop fell 
. Pinkussohn checked-called a bet from Torresola, and the turn was the . Torresola led out, and Pinkussohn called.
Both players checked after the river came the , and Pinkussohn opened for trip eights. Torresola mucked, and Pinkussohn shipped the pot.
Sam Grizzle was very short after the redraw, and got the rest of his chips in the middle preflop against Gabriel Nassif.
