Hand #15: Jeff Gross opened from the cutoff and took the pot.

Hand #16: Dominik Nitsche raised to 48,000 under the gun, and Dave D'Alesandro called. D'Alesandro check-folded to 60,000 on the {7-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{j-Clubs} flop.

Hand #17: Thayer Rasmussen raised to 50,000 and won the pot.

Hand #18: Jeff Gross raised to 58,000 before tanking and folding to a shove of 257,000 from Eric Milas.

Hand #19: Dominik Nitsche raised on the button and the blinds quickly folded.

Hand #20: Nitsche raised to 48,000, and Rasmussen defended his big blind. Nitsche took the pot with a bet of 52,000 on the {2-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop.

Hand #21: D'Alesandro raised to 52,000, and Milas shoved for 367,000 in the big blind. D'Alesandro called.

D'Alesandro: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Milas: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

The flop came {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Clubs}, giving Milas a straight draw but D'Alesandro a flush draw. The {j-Hearts} turn increased Milas' outs, and his rail began yelling for a king. The {a-Clubs} river filled D'Alesandro's flush though, and Milas busted out.

Hands #8-14: Bounahra Doubles

Nivel 24 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Hand #8: Dave D'Alesandro raised to 52,000 and took the blinds.

Hand #9: Zach Gruneberg made it 50,000 and D'Alesandro defended his big blind with a call. The flop came {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{6-Spades} and both players checked. The turn came the {5-Spades} and D'Alesandro led out for 65,000. Gruneberg made the call and both players checked the {9-Hearts} river.

D'Alesandro turned over {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Gruneberg mucked.

Hand #10: Gruneberg made it 52,000 and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #11: Gruneberg got a walk.

Hand #12: Dominik Nitsche took the blinds and antes with a 48,000 button raise.

Hand #13: Gruneberg made it 50,000 and Thayer Rasmussen defended his big blind with a call. Rasmussen then led out for 75,000 on the {6-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop and Gruneberg released his hand.

Hand #14: The action started with Bob Bounahra making it 55,000. Rasmussen responded by pushing all in for 770,000. Bounahra made the call for his tournament life with {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and found he was ahead of Rasmussen's {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}.

The {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop kept Bounahra ahead, but the {q-Hearts} turn crushed him. With the crowd calling for a jack or a king, the river fell the {k-Diamonds} and Bounahra was embraced by Antonio Esfandiari on the rail, having hit a miracle river to double up and take the chip lead.

Hand #4: Thayer Rasmussen won the pot with a raise to 40,000 from early position.

Hand #5: Dave D'Alesandro opened to 45,000 in middle position and won the pot.

Hand #6: Bob Bounahra raised to 45,000 in early position and Rasmussen called. Rasmussen bet the turn with the board having come {k-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Clubs} after both players checked the flop, and Rasmussen won the pot.

Hand #7: D'Alesandro opened to 45,000, and Billy Horan shoved. D'Alesandro called after everyone else folded.

D'Alesandro: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}
Horan: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}

It was red aces versus black aces, and D'Alesandro was the one to flop the freeroll when the dealer spread {j-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs}. The {4-Spades} turn intensified the sweat, and the river brought the {5-Spades}, completing D'Alesandro's flush and sending Horan out in brutal fashion.

David Burt 9th.
David Burt 9th.

Hand #3: David Burt pushed all in for close to 165,000 over a Jeff Gross 48,000 open and Gross called instantly with {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}.

Burt had {q-Spades}{j-Spades} and picked up a few outs after the {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop. He quickly lost a few outs on the {2-Hearts} turn and missed everything on the {k-Hearts} river to leave in ninth place.

Hand #2: Billy Horan took down the blinds with an under the gun raise to 51,000.
