Negreanu Doubles Through Ohel

Nivel 20

Stud

Negreanu: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} / {K-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{a-Clubs} / {q-Clubs}
Ohel: {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds} / {4-Spades}{2-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} / {3-Spades}
Chen: {x-}{x-} / {q-Spades}{7-Hearts}{x-} - fold

Randy Ohel was the bring in and it folded around to Daniel Negreanu who raised. Bill Chen called and Ohel came along as well. On fourth street, Negreanu fired out a bet and both of his competitors stayed in. He did the same on fifth, but this time Chen opted to let his hand go. Ohel raised and Negreanu instantly announced that it was three bets to go, raising for his tournament life. Ohel called and Negreanu rolled over trip tens to best Ohel's jacks in the hole.

Ohel improved to two pair on the next streets, but that still was not enough to beat Negreanu's trips. He scored the double up and now sits at 200,000.

"That right there is the luckiest player in the world," remarked Richard Sklar from across the table.

Negreanu was all smiles and his rail gave a good cheer as he stacked his new chips.
