May Busts E-Dog

Nivel 6 : 150/300, 0 ante

We found Erick Lindren all in for his last 1,250 after a flop of {4-Spades}{5-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. David May got it in there with him in middle position, while a third player folded on the button.

Lindgren: {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Clubs}
May: {7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades}

"Black one," Lindgren said, hoping for a sweat with a flush draw. He got it on the {k-Spades} turn, but May held two blockers. The {9-Clubs} river gave Lindgren only a pair and May's straight held.

Seed Wins All-In Side Pot with Ten-High

Nivel 6 : 150/300, 0 ante

Huck Seed opened for 1,050 in early position and got called by the player to his left. Another player jammed it in for 2,525, apparently remarking about having talked to Seed about his particular hand earlier. The floor was called, but no collusion penalties were handed out.

"So, you're only gonna chop off one finger this time," Seed asked dryly before pushing all in. The third player immediately called.

Seed: {10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Middle position: {9-Spades}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}
Third player: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts}

"See, I knew I was ahead of him," Seed said of his first opponent.

The {5-Hearts}{3-Spades}{k-Hearts} flop gave Seed an open-ended straight draw, while the player with aces added a flush draw. The {k-Clubs} and {q-Spades} finished out the board, leaving the aces best, and Seed made a small amount by scooping the larger side pot with ten-high.

Harder Ousts Mizrachi, One Other

Nivel 6 : 150/300, 0 ante
Christian Harder, pictured in a different event.
Christian Harder, pictured in a different event.

Christian Harder opened for a raise in middle position and was called by Michael Mizrachi in the cutoff. The big blind made it 1,800 to go; Harder and Mizrachi both called.

A flop of {8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} prompted a bet of 2,100 from the big blind and Harder slid out a tower of large-denomination chips, raising the pot. Mizrachi called his 1,100 stack off, and the big blind thought briefly before calling off his remaining 3,400 or so.

Big blind: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{5-Hearts}
Harder: {10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Spades}
Mizrachi: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}

Harder had flopped a wrap and a pair, while his opponents decided to roll with their overpairs. A {7-Clubs} turn gave Harder a stranglehold with trips and the {8-Clubs} river was a brick.

Austin Geyer Busts Dan Kelly

Nivel 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

We arrived at the table just in time to see all of the chips go into the middle in a confrontation between Dan Kelly and Austin Geyer. On a flop of {7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{6-Spades}, Kelly had check-raised a substantial amount on the flop and Geyer responded by three-betting all in for 11,850 total. Kelly, who had the shorter stack of the two, called for his tournament life.

Kelly: {Q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Geyer: {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}

The turn and river brought the {2-Hearts} and the {5-Diamonds}, respectively, giving Geyer an ace-high diamond flush for the win. After officially counting down the stacks, Kelly found out that he was the shorter of the two and was eliminated from play. Geyer raked in the massive pot and now has about 26,000 in chips.

Kirk Folds Turn

Nivel 5 : 100/200, 0 ante

Three players - including Tripp Kirk - looked down at a flop of {J-Hearts}{A-Spades}{A-Clubs}. The first player checked and the second bet 300. Kirk called from the button and the first player let his hand go.

Fourth street was the {2-Spades} and action checked over to Kirk. He took this opportunity to fire 400 into the middle. Kirk's opponent came over the top with a check-raise all in for 2,100. Kirk quickly released his hand and the pot was pushed to his opponent.

After that hit, Kirk is now sitting on about 5,100 in chips.
