Paul Mannoni Eliminated in 15th Place ($9,330)

Nivel 19 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Paul Mannoni
Paul Mannoni

Paul Mannoni and David Chiu exchanged a series of raises both pre-flop and on the flop that would ultimately lead to Mannoni being all in. The flop was {9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades} and Mannoni held {8-}{8-}. Chiu had {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}, however, and Mannoni would need help to not be eliminated. The turn was the {2-Clubs} and the river was the {10-Diamonds} and the Day 1 chip leader Mannoni was eliminated in 15th place for $9,330.

Chiu, in the meantime, has worked himself from a short stack to an above average stack and the five time bracelet winner is putting himself in position to go after number six.

Nivel 18 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Jon Seaman
Jon Seaman

We didn't pick up the action until Jon Seaman was all in on the river and was up against Bryce Landier on a {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs} board. Seaman had {9-Spades}{6-Spades} for a rivered full house, nines full of sixes but Landier had {J-}{J-} for a bigger full house and Seaman was eliminated in 18th place.

Berry Johnston Eliminated in 19th Place ($6,048)

Berry Johnston -19th
Berry Johnston -19th

Berry Johnston only had 2 big blinds after opening and folding on the flop a couple of hands previously. He put it in with {k-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Mitch Schock would be the one to put him out with {a-}{k-}.

The dealer couldn’t do Johnston any favours and he made his way to the pay-out desk just as the penultimate level of the night was drawing to a close.

Thomas Solomon Eliminated in 20th Place ($6,048)

Nivel 18 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Tom Solomon - 20th
Tom Solomon - 20th

Steven Wolansky bet and Thomas Solomon three-bet him. Wolansky made the call.

All the money went in on a flop of {k-}{j-}{10-}. Soloman had {a-}{a-} but had been out flopped by the {k-}{j-} Wolansky. No help on the turn or river and Soloman was next out.
