Bloch House

Nivel 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

Andy Bloch has entered the tournament and was just involved in an interesting spot.

Three players went to a flop of {a-Spades}{k-Spades}{a-Diamonds}. The player in the small blind checked and was the only caller when Bloch bet 700. They both checked the {k-Diamonds} turn card and the {k-Clubs} arrived on the river.

Bloch’s opponent bet 900 and he looked back at his cards before folding what was obviously at best a split pot for Bloch.

Schemion's Sevens Win

Nivel 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

On the turn the board read {4-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Clubs}{9-Hearts} when we picked up the action as Ole Schemion checked. The player in position bet 625 and Schemion tanked for a bit before making the call.

The river was the {Q-Diamonds} and Schemion checked again.

"Sixes," his opponent said as he showed {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}.

Schemion smiled and tabled {7-Spades}{7-Clubs} to take down this pot.

Schemion Flops a Flush

Nivel 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

German superstar Ole Schemion raised to 425 from middle position and was called by the player on the button and the big blind. The action checked to Schemion on the {8-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{10-Hearts} flop, Schemion continued with an 800 bet and both players folded.

Schemion flipped over the {K-Hearts}{J-Hearts} for a flopped flush and scooped the pot.

Benefield Trending Down

Nivel 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

2013 November Niner David Benefield is off to a bit of a rough start, but he just got a three-bet through against his neighbor Justin Bonomo.

The action folded to Bonomo, who raised to 700 int he cutoff. Benefield three-bet to 1,900, and Bonomo found a fold.

Benefield is down to around 8,000 chips, which is still 40 big blind.

Franklin Busts Sanzone

Nivel 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

In a multi-way limped pot, the flop was {Q-Hearts}{8-}{7-Hearts}. Ryan Franklin bet 700 on the flop, and only Steven Sanzone called to see the turn. The turn was a blank, off-suit low card, and both players checked to see the {5-Hearts} complete the board on the river. Sanzone checked, Franklin bet enough to put him all in for around 4,000, and Sanzone called off.

Franklin showed the {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a heart flush, and Sanzone mucked his hand.

Sanzone was eliminated from the tournament, while Franklin climbed to 58,000 in chips.

Mercer Forced to Fold

Nivel 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

Heather Sue Mercer raised to 400 in middle position, and the action folded to a player in the big blind, who defended. The flop fell {5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}, both players checked, and the turn was the {9-Spades}.

Mercer called a bet of 500, the {4-Hearts} completed the board, and the player in the big blind lazily tossed out a single yellow T1,000 chip. Mercer considered the bet for 30 seconds or so, then folded.

The player flashed the {k-Diamonds}.
