turn. Koppel checked for a second time and then moved all in for roughly 70,000 after Clark bet 10,100. Clark called and the cards were turned up.

Koppel had turned two pair, but it was no good as Clark had made a flush. Koppel needed either an ace or queen on the river to keep his Main Event hopes alive, but it was not meant to be as the

James Dempsey three-bet a 1,700 opener to 4,400. The player in the small blind popped it up to 9,800 and took it down preflop.
