Jorryt Van Hoof opened to 9,000 under the gun, and received a call from Christos Argyriadis on the button. Krasimir Yankov was in the small blind, and he three-bet pot, to 40,000. Only Van Hoof called.

On the 10♦3♦2♣ flop, Yankov moved all in for around 30,000 and Van Hoof's chips were in the middle almost as quickly.

Slade Fisher opened from the hijack, Quan Zhou three-bet to 60,000 from the button, Tor Ivarsson shoved for 63,000 from the big blind, Fisher called and Zhou called.

On the 7♥7♦8♥ flop Fisher bet enough to put Zhou all in and Zhou, had had about 20,000 behind, called off to put himself at risk.

Zhou had missed completely while Fisher had two pair and a gutshot and Ivarsson had a bigger two pair and the nut-flush draw. The rest of the board ran out J♥6♠ giving Ivarsson the nut-flush to triple up while Fisher took the side pot with two pair and Zhou made his exit from the tournament area.
