Affleck Gets Much Needed Double Up

Nivel 8 : 200/400, 50 ante

We caught Matt Affleck all in preflop with {a-Spades}{10-Hearts} and his opponent held {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}. Affleck started packing up his stuff and jokingly commented on how he runs bad.

The board ran out {9-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and when the dealer shipped the pot to Affleck he amusingly started bringing them in.

He is now up to 5,000 in chips.

Kabrhel the Action Junkie

We can't seem to walk past Martin Kabrhel's table with out him playing a big hand. This time he raised under the gun, making it 625. A player in middle position then moved all in for about 5,000 more in chips. When everyone else at the table folded Kabrhel made the call.

Kabrhel: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}
Middle Position: {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}

After all the chips were settle the cards came out {9-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{4-}{6-Diamonds}. Kabhrhel was able to hit a king on the flop and take the lead, but his opponent gained a flush draw on the turn. All Kabrhel had to do was avoid a diamond or jack and the pot was his. He succeeded when the river card was a {Q-Clubs}

Chips Rising in the West

After a handful of people limped and another person raising to 650 Tim West reraised and made it 2,500 to any one willing to pay. Only one person came along and was granted a {5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop.

After his opponent checked West immediately put the other player all in for about 5,000 in chips. After some considerable consideration West's opponent folded.

Faraz Jaka is Gone

About 15 minutes ago Faraz Jacka had around 11,000 in chips, when we checked again he had barely 400 in front of him and he was going all in with it.

He was able to get some protection as a player in middle position reraised and made it 4,000 to any one who wanted a flop. No one else bit, and it was a showdown. Jaka showed {Q-}{10-} and his opponent held {K-}{k-}.

The cards came out {j-}{8-}{J-}{8-}{k-}, Jaka's opponent had a full house and all Jaka had was the board, so he was eliminated.

Vedes Seeing the Future?

Tommy Vedes saw the flop of {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs} with two other players. Vedes was first up and checked. His two opponents checked behind.

The turn was the {6-Hearts} and Vedes fired 4,650. Both of his opponents tanked for a bit, but eventually mucked. Vedes let out a big sigh of relief and showed the {K-Hearts}{10-Spades}. He said, "A jack was coming."
