Eyster Keeps Climbing

Kevin Eyster led out for 11,000 on a flop of {k-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}, and Matt Salsberg made the call. The turn was the {j-Spades}, Eyster checked, and Salsberg bet what looked like 16,000 or so. Eyster moved all in for effectively 72,000, and Salsberg tank-folded.

After winning a race and eliminating Brian Green with {k-}{q-} against Green's {8-}{8-}, Greg Merson was faced with a completion from Alex Bilokur in the small blind. Merson didn't check, choosing to raised to 9,000. The Russian called.

The flop fell {k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}, Bilokur check-called a bet of 11,000 from the 2012 WSOP Main Event champ, and the turn was the {7-Diamonds}. Bilokur check-called another 23,000, the river was the {a-Diamonds}, and both players checked.

Bilokur revealed the {k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a flush, and Merson mucked.

Lichten-Binker

Andrew Lichtenberger checked to Blake Whittington on a flop of {4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{j-Clubs}, and he fired out a bet of 11,500. Lichtenberger moved all in for effectively 50,000 or so, and Whittington nearly beat him into the pot with a call.

Whittington: {q-}{q-}

The {10-Diamonds} spiked on the turn, giving Lichtenberger two pair, and the {a-Spades} completed the board. Whittington was eliminated, and Lichtenberger chipped up to 265,000.
