In a blind-versus-blind battle the flop read J♥7♦6♥ with about 6,000 in the middle. Pol Marchuet had 10,000 across the line as he faced an all-in jam from Alf-Inge Olsen. After tanking for some time, he tossed the rest of his 22,700 across the line.

There was only one overcard to Matchuet's pocket pair, but unfortunately for him, Olsen connected with it, leaving Matchuet in a tough spot to stay in the game. The 5♠ hit the turn, then Marchuet was able to find one of the remaining nines as the 9♠ completed the board as Olsen jumped out of his seat in shock.

"I'm steaming," Olsen said, as the dealer began to shuffle the next hand.

Jacques Dan had a three-bet of 9,500 in front of him from the big blind and Archibald Seaton called on the button.

Dan continued for 5,000 on the Q♣10♦4♦ flop and Seaton called.

Both players checked on the K♣ turn and Dan checked again after the K♦ completed the board. Seaton put a hefty 30,000 bet into the middle and Dan called after a bit of thought.

Seaton showed 7♣7♦ for kings and sevens and Dan turned over Q♥J♥ for a higher two pair to collect the pot.
