After six action-packed starting flights, a total field of 4,732 entrants has been whittled down to 707 players for Day 2 of the €1,100 Eureka Main Event at 2024 PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague. Those figures generated a €4,542,720 prize pool, a record breaking figure for the event.

The remaining players, all of whom are in the money, will return today at 11 a.m. local time, December 7, to Hilton Prague.

Jerry Odeen of Sweden leads the field, after bagging up a stack of 841,000 on Day 1e. He is closely followed by Vidar Oie of Norway (760,000) and Andreas Heissenberger of Austria (751,000).

Odeen has over $1,000,000 in live earnings and is an EPT regular, cashing in previous main events such as Barcelona, Paris and here in Prague, and he will be looking for another deep run. Oie, who boasts $96,000 in live earnings, is fresh off a very successful EPT Barcelona, cashing in four events accumulating over $20,000 in less than a week. The Norwegian will be seeking a new personal best in this event. Heissenberger will be looking to beat his career-best score of $105,191.
