Sandberg Uses Overkill to Double Off Isler

Nivel 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Evan Sandberg and Jack Isler went heads-up to a flop of 679 when Sandberg got his last 17,100 in the middle from early position and Isler put him at risk in the big blind.

Evan Sandberg: AA All in
Jack Isler: J9

Isler had flopped top pair but was behind Sandberg's aces. The A fell on the turn to give Sandberg a set and leave Isler drawing dead going to the river, which was the A to give Sandberg quads.

'That's a bit of overkill," a tablemate said as Sandberg doubled up.
