The flop came 8QA and Brown check-called a bet of 85,000 from Dewari.

After the 9 on the turn, Brown checked to Dewari, who bet to put Brown all in for his stack of 350,000, which he snap called.

Brown set the perfect trap with his pocket aces, looking poised to double up. However, the river had other plans, bringing the J and giving Dewari a straight to crack Brown’s set of aces, eliminating him in brutal fashion.

Brown Finds a Nice Turn to Stay In It

Nivel 20 : Blinds 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Smriti Dewari limped in from under the gun, and when it folded to Michael Kaplitz in the hijak, he raised to 60,000. It then folded to the big blind Brian Brown who called, as did Dewari.

After the flop came 10410 Brown decided to lead out, betting all in for his stack of 144,000. Dewari then called, and Kaplitz folded to leave the players heads up.

Brian Brown: A9 All in
Smriti Dewari: 66

Brown went for it by jamming all in, but Dewari made the correct call with her pocket sixes. But once the board ran out A on the turn, and 8 he made a pair of aces to take the pot and double up.

SDPC Jamul

Action was picked up on the flop with three players in the hand, roughly 170,000 in the pot, and the board showing 936.

Smriti Dewari was all in for 259,000, Keith Eoll was all in for 75,000, and Ron Segni putting both players at risk.

Keith Eoll: 109 All in
Smriti Dewari: 66 All in
Ron Segni: KK

It was an action flop with Eoll flopping top pair, but was crushed by the flopped set of Dewari. Segni could still scoop the pot with a spade, but when the baord ran out 7 on the turn, and 5 on the river, the set if sixes for Dewari was still best, to give her a massive pot, and send home Eoll in 19th place.
