The flop came J♥4♠3♦ and Matilla check-called a bet of 6,000 from Kashani to see the 2♥ turn. Again, Matilla went into check-call mode when Kashani bet 20,000.
On the Q♠ river, Matilla checked for a third time and Kashani bet 17,000. Matilla went into the tank and looked to be in a tough spot while he mulled it over, but eventually settled on a fold, and Kashani was pushed the pot.

Cristian Visoiu opened to 8,500 under the gun, and was met with a three-bet to 20,000 by Tan Le in the next seat. Action folded to Darko Percic in the small blind, who took some time for thought before producing a four-bet to 53,500.
Visoiu got out of the way, but Le moved all-in pretty promptly for around 138,000 total, and was snapped by Percic with the slightly covering stack.

Le had run into aces in a cooler, and was suitably disgusted with the scenario. His mood darkened further after the A♦7♦6♣ flop gave Percic top set.
A ray of hope appeared after the 4♦ turn gave him a diamond draw, and sure enough the 5♦ hit on the river to send him the double-up with the king-high flush.
Le slammed the table in celebration as the river hit, while Percic couldn't believe what had just transpired, shaking his head and muttering to himself for quite some time after.

With around 25,000 chips in the pot on a flop of J♠6♦9♦, Mounir Tajiou checked from the big blind and Nicolas Bokowski also knuckled the table from under the gun before Salvatore Boi bet 11,000 from middle position. Tajiou and Bokowski both called.
A 4♥ on the turn was checked by all three players to the K♥ river. Tajiou bet 27,000, Bokowski folded, and Boi put in 45,000 chips, but was then forced to raised to 54,000 as that was the minimum.
"King-jack is good," said Tajiou before he flung in the chips and called. Boi then rolled over the nuts with Q♥10♥, and Tajiou mucked.

The flop came Q♣10♥Q♠ and although the A♦ turn did raise some counterfeit outs, the river was the 8♣ and Sinclair was eliminated.

Francesco Bozza made it 6,000 to go from middle position and Ran Shapira three-bet the cutoff to 18,000. Pavlos Benakis was in the small blind and shoved for around 65,000, which got Bozza out of the way. Shapira, however, quickly called.

Benakis was behind and needed to get some help from the board in order to stay alive. The flop of 9♥8♣J♦ didn't offer much assistance to Benakis, but the A♣ turn certainly did as he made top pair, which left Shapira with just one out. That miracle one-outer didn't appear on the 7♣ river, and Benakis doubled up.

Shapira was in good shape as the 10♣8♥5♥ flop came. The turn J♦ saw Rahman pick up a straight draw, and although the 9♣ gave Shapira a set, it completed his opponent's straight. He sat there in apparent shock for a moment before standing and exiting the tournament area.
