There was a collective shout from Table 37 after a hand involving Burim Mahmudi and Rubens Sellam. The pair had gotten their chips in pre-flop with Sellam all-in and at risk for his last 41,900.
Rubens Sellam: J♦J♣
Burim Mahmudi: A♠A♥
The flop Q♥8♥4♥ took away one of Sellam's outs and the turn 7♦ meant he needed to hit just one card to stay alive. The J♠ was exactly that card, hitting a one-outer to double up and stay alive in the Eureka Main Event.
Manoe Betrix was all-in for 18,000 and at risk versus Jonas Degen.
Manoe Betrix: 9♦9♥
Jonas Degen: A♣K♠
Betrix didn't seem confident when he saw the cards, stating "I'm running bad this year", to which Degen responded "Don't worry, you'll win this one."
The Q♣6♣2♣ flop kept Betrix in front but Degen now had the club draw to go with his overcards, and he didn't need to wait long to hit the front after the A♠ turn, with the 3♣ river improving him to the nut flush.

A player opened from early position, and received calls from Glen Cymbaluk and Jyri Merivirta, before Gheorghe Podovei produced a three-bet to 8,000 from the button. The opener folded, but Cymbaluk and Merivirta called.
Action was checked to Podovei on the Q♣10♥7♥ flop, who jammed for 16,000, with Cymbaluk calling and Merivirta folding.
Gheorghe Podovei: A♣A♥
Glen Cymbaluk: K♠J♠
Podovei was ahead with the overpair aces, but Cymbaluk had an up and down draw. However the 8♠3♥ turn and river were bricks, and Podovei scooped the pot.
